1.  Why do you limit orders to two of each fragrance?
A.  These are very hard to find authentic vintage fragrances and we want to satisfy as many customers as possible, not just make as many sales as possible. There is a limited quantity available and much work goes into finding them, inspecting them for quality and repackaging them into an exquisite gift for our many customers.

 

2.  What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase, may I return it for a refund?
A.  You may return any full fragrance that's still in it's packaging within thirty days for a refund.

 

3.  Do you refund the postage charges also?
AWe will refund the total cost of your item provided it is returned within thirty days with the original packaging including shipping charges except for foreign orders. We do not return the shipping charges on orders sent outside the USA. Fragrances may be returned in you are not satisfied in any way.

 

4.  Why have these vintage fragrances been repackaged?
A.  We inspect every fragrance first for quality before repackaging them in fresh new bottles and new luxury boxes that make for a wonderful gift of instant memories in brand new fresh packaging.

 

5.  Are you connected with any of the manufacturers of these perfumes?
A. The fragrances were made by the original manufacturer and VintageFragrances.com is not connected with them. We independently quality inspect, rebottle and repackage their fragrances into brand new gift packaging.

 

6.  Do you take telephone orders?
A.  We do not take telephone orders. Payments are made via PayPal, an Ebay company, and we never see your credit card information, which is for your own protection. PayPal also accepts checks in payment.

 

7.  Do you take mail orders?
A.  You may place an order by mail using a money order. E-mail us for mail order information.

 

8.  What if I have a question that isn't answered here?
